News Center- The 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes occurred in Maraş on February 6, 2023 have affected 10 cities, killed and injured thousands of people. While aid campaigns have been launched in many countries to help earthquake victims, the Rojava Film Commune will screen the Kobanê movie in Vienna, the capital and largest city of Austria, to be in solidarity with the earthquake victims.

 Donations will be sent to earthquake victims

The movie will be screened on February 12, 2023 at Top Kino in Vienna. The donations received after the film screening will be given to Heyva Sor (the Kurdish Red Crescent) to be sent to earthquake victims. The Kobanê film directed by Özlem Yasar and produced by the Rojava Film Commune tells the resistance in Kobanê against ISIS and how the city was liberated.
