Juliana Gözen released from custody
Juliana Gözen, Spokesperson of the Social Freedom Party (TÖP) and founding member of the Purple Solidarity Women's Association, has been released from custody.
News Center- Juliana Gözen, Spokesperson of the Social Freedom Party (TÖP) and founding member of the Purple Solidarity Women's Association, was taken into custody in a dawn house raid conducted in Izmir on Tuesday on charges of “propagandizing for a terrorist organization” over her social media posts about four Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C) members, who died while attempting to cross the Evros River to Greece.
After being held at the Izmir Provincial Police Department located in Konak, she was transferred to the Izmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Juliana Gözen has been released from custody under judicial control.
