News Center-Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Parliamentary Group Deputy Chair Meral Danış Beştaş and HDP Ağrı MP Dirayet Dilan Taşdemir visited Kurdish politician Aysel Tuğluk, who has been kept in the Kandıra No. 1 F-Type Closed Prison although she has been suffering dementia. After their visit, Meral Danış Beştaş has announced on her social media account that the health of Aysel Tuğluk, who has been kept in prison due to the report prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institution (ATK), has been deteriorating.

“We visited dear Aysel Tuğluk in the Kandıra Prison with our Ağrı MP @dilan_dirayet. We regret to tell you that her health condition has deteriorated since our last visit. Why has Aysel Tuğluk kept in prison although her health condition is known? Why this insistence? #JusticeForAyselTuğluk” Meral Danış Beştaş posted.
