In an interview, Hayam Nemat stressed the importance of the ministry, “to develop Iraq as it is one of the pillars of the country. The ministry must make double efforts to improve the economic situation.”
Who is Hayam Nemat Mahmoud?
Hayam Nemat Mahmoud, who entered the Iraqi Parliament in January 2020 from the Turkmen quota, served as the minister of state responsible for parliamentary affairs. The 61-year-old politician also took on official tasks in the former Iraqi government.
