Activist Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi exiled to another prison in Iran
Political prisoner Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi has been reportedly exiled from the Qarchak prison to Sanandaj Central Prison in Iran.
News Center- Jailed human rights activist and lawyer Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi, who was sentenced to a total of 18 years in prison on charges of “propaganda against the regime,” and “being a member an illegal group and forming an illegal group,” has been reportedly exiled from the Qarchak prison to Sanandaj Central Prison in Iran.
According to the report received from human rights organizations in Iran, Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi had been held in the Qarchak prison but she was transferred to the Sanandaj Central Prison without informing her lawyers and family.
She has been blocked from family visits and phone calls
After her exile, Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi has been blocked from family visits and phone calls. Soheila Hijab Bidsorkhi went on a hunger strike for two weeks to protest inhuman practice in the Qarchak prison.
