Şenyaşar family to hold their protest for justice in parliament

Riha (Urfa) - The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in Pirsûs (Turkish: Suruç) district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar has entered its 784th day.
According to the unofficial election results, Ferit Şenyaşar has been elected as a MP of the Green Left Party from Urfa. In the morning, he came in front of the courthouse to seek justice again by unfurling a banner reading, “Justice for the Şenyaşar family”. Today, Emine Şenyaşar stays at home in Suruç due to her health problems.
Today’s social media post of the Şenyaşar family said, “We could not deal with your ‘lies’ and 'fraud'. This bothered us. We will never give up our struggle for justice and this must bother you. We are in front of the Urfa Courthouse on the 784th day of our sit-in protest…”
