Shahba- Millions of people in Afrin and Shehba have been fleeing from the Shahba region to Raqqa due to the attacks of the Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions.

A 4-month-old baby identified as Noah Muhammad Rasho died from the cold on Wednesday shortly after his family fled from the Shahba region to Raqqa due to the attacks of the Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions on the region.

According to the local sources, Noah Muhammad Rasho, originally from Afrin’s Bilbile town, died in the shelter center at the Municipal Stadium in Raqqa.
